Overview

We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife individual who is cross-functional and can thrive in a quickly evolving startup environment! For this role, you must be enthusiastic, creative, and multitalented in customer success, service, and sales. The InstantHandz Provider Success Coach role is a critical piece of our operational team working daily to ensure the InstantHandz Provider success. Today, the critical elements of this role include the responsibility of managing the InstantHandz Provider relationship, from onboarding to establishing a regular cadence to ensure Provider success. We are seeking a smart, passionate, quick-learning individual who can hit the road running and quickly make an impact! 

As a Provider Success Coach you will:

  • Function as the main point of contact for InstantHandz Providers and manage the ongoing relationship to ensure Provider and company success. 

  • Ensure Providers are onboarded and trained prior to go-live.

  • Establish regular cadence with Providers as determined by organizational KPIs 

  • Manage accuracy of details and establish a “Wow Factor” for Provider profiles utilizing InstantHandz’s CRM system

  • Ensure that InstantHandz Providers are ready to connect with customers to successfully move the business forward.

  • Manage Provider satisfaction and escalation paths.


Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer success or account management.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player, positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.

  • A true swiss army knife who can successfully navigate through an up-and-coming start-up.
