As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be joining a small team poised for significant growth. You'll contribute your passion and skills to make sure new and existing InstantHandz members receive exceptional support and service.  We're looking for self-motivated, quick-thinkers who will be able to execute several tasks flawlessly with confidence.  

 

Overview

 

We are looking for an individual who is cross-functional and can thrive in a quickly evolving startup environment. For this role, you must be an enthusiastic, creative and multitalented in service, support and community outreach. We are seeking a smart, passionate, quick-learning future team member to onboard, support and regularly engage with new and existing members of the InstantHandz community! Through this role, you will be expected to provide superior support, engagement, and service to InstantHandz community members.


We are about to change the world with InstantHandz and are looking for someone who is not afraid to jump right in and get his/her hands dirty, who loves learning on the job, and isn’t afraid to ask a lot of questions.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assume the role of InstantHandz Operations Coordinator via direct engagement with customers, in-bound and out-bound interactions.

  • Interact with existing and prospective InstantHandz community members via social media.

  • Can work virtually on some days but need to be physically in the Phoenix Area on certain days for various tasks/jobs.

  • Provide feedback related to enhancing the customer onboarding experience. 

  • Most importantly… Have fun!

 

 

Requirements

  • You have a solid grasp of and are actively engaged in using various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

This is a part-time role with 25 Hours/Week.
