We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife individual who is cross-functional and can thrive in a quickly evolving startup environment! For this role, you must be enthusiastic, creative, and multi-talented in sales.  The Inside Sales Representative will work hand in hand with the Sales team and play a key role in the execution of total sales strategy. We are seeking passionate, quick-learning, team players to help grow InstantHandz throughout the greater Phoenix, AZ market! You will find and interact with prospective customers through a focused sales outreach plan. 

We are changing the world with InstantHandz and are looking for someone who is not afraid to jump right in and get his/her hands dirty, who loves learning on the job, and isn’t afraid to find new ways to bring in that next customer. 



  • Assume the role of InstantHandz Inside Sales Representative intern via direct engagement with prospective customers, community outreach and greater interaction with social media followers

  • Activate InstantHandz presence in the Greater Phoenix Area and surrounding communities via local field marketing efforts including direct engagement and partnership with the local community and participation in local events and trade shows

  • Inbound & outbound sales

  • Sales prospecting via a multi-channels

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales metrics and revenue targets for your position

  • Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database

  • Upsell current customers to expand sales opportunities 

  • Team player who takes direction and execute 

  • This position offers the opportunity to work virtually on some days but needs to be physically in the Phoenix Area for certain days for various tasks/meetings.
