Overview

We’re looking for a growth leader and a master of efficiency – someone with strong execution skills who will ensure our InstantHandz Provider growth is in alignment with our business goals. The Head of Provider Growth will be responsible for leading the company’s strategy and execution of Provider acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. This person is a seasoned leader who leads by example and will hire/develop/partner to lead a strong team and execute a partnership plan to play an integral role in growing InstantHandz.

As the Head of Provider Growth you will:

  • Develop and implement internal and external acquisition strategies aligned with the InstantHandz Provider growth initiatives.

  • Utilizes traditional and nontraditional methods of InstantHandz Provider acquisition best suited for InstantHandz network needs within the greater Phoenix, Las Vegas, and San Diego markets, including future market expansion.

  • Leverage existing, and develop new, partnerships as a source of InstantHandz Provider recruitment and expansion opportunities.

  • Streamline Provider onboarding processes and techniques using technology resources where available to maximize the team’s partnering role to bring greater efficiencies to the recruitment process.

  • Manage, identify, and develop relationships with organizations, universities, and other partners to assist with attracting and recruiting new Provider applicants.

  • Develop strategies and relationships to create a robust military/veteran Provider recruiting program. 


Skills:

  • Experience in positions tasked with creating, building, leading, and implementing strategic growth and recruiting initiatives.

  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed and operationally decentralized workforce.

  • Recruiting and sales experience with an organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five years of directly applicable experience, progressively responsible Recruitment and/or Sales experience with a proven record of execution and leading teams.
