Overview

We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife individual who is cross-functional and can thrive in a quickly evolving startup environment! For this role, you must be enthusiastic, creative, and multitalented in customer success, service, and sales. The InstantHandz Customer Success Specialist role is a critical piece of our operational team as it is one of the first points of contact for many of our customers. Today, the critical elements of this role include the responsibility of managing the customer job booking process from start to finish. We are seeking a smart, passionate, quick-learning individual who can hit the road running and quickly make an impact! 

As a Customer Success Specialist you will:

  • Facilitate customer booking requests and response process, including management of quotes between Customers and InstantHandz Providers. 

  • Ensure accuracy of customer booking opportunities in InstantHandz’s CRM system.

  • Connect customers and InstantHandz Providers to successfully move the business forward.

  • Actively engage with InstantHandz Providers to produce the most competitive and accurate response to the customer’s requirements.

  • Handle customer satisfaction and escalation paths.


Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer success/service or account management.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team player, positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.

  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.

  • A true swiss army knife who can successfully navigate through an up-and-coming start-up.
