Overview

We are looking for a Swiss Army Knife customer success leader who is cross-functional and can thrive in a quickly evolving startup environment! For this role, you must be lead by example, be a champion for the customer and company, while establishing new ways to improve and scale customer onboarding, bookings, and satisfaction. The InstantHandz Customer Success Manager role is a critical piece of our operations team as we expand into new markets and lead a team of Success reps. Today, elements of this role include the responsibility of overseeing and enhancing the customer booking process and team management. We are seeking a smart, passionate, quick-learning individual who can hit the road running and quickly make an impact. Up-and-comers are absolutely welcomed!   

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Manage and enhance the customer experience, including onboarding and customer booking. 

  • Manage a team of current success reps, including all aspects of day-to-day management, coaching, scheduling, and customer job management satisfaction.

  • Build strong relationships with our platform customers and establish a cadence of proactive/ongoing in-app messaging and email engagement campaigns to understand their needs to ensure customer satisfaction and company success.

  • Thrive doing the small things with the ability to have a great impact on the big picture.

  • Prior experience in customer success/service or account management.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities.

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.

  • Gather and analyze information, evaluate impacts, resolve or escalate issues as needed.
