Our Commitment & Responsibility Navigating Through COVID-19

We take the health of our InstantHandz community very seriously and are monitoring the situation with COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) in conjunction with the Arizona Department of Health Services and Maricopa County Public Health. As a company, we continue to take extra precautions to further protect our Employees, Providers, and Customers.  Additional safety measures are taken including; No-contact and in-app payments so cash is never exchanged.  Our app allows a seamless payment exchange via in-app credit-card transactions.


We're also enforcing the following safety measures:

  • Enforcing a work-from-home plan for company employees.

  • Encouraging frequent hand-washing throughout the work process.

  • Making alcohol-based handwashing gel available and accessible to Providers.

  • Regularly providing tips and resources for being vigilant.

  • No-contact and in-app payments so cash is never exchanged


We are staying in close contact with the medical community experts and other leadership and will be communicating updated recommendations as they become available. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has provided the public this page for more background information and we encourage you to review.


As a reminder, if you or someone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19 we request you temporarily refrain from using the App until everyone has recovered and/or show no symptoms for 14 days.
